Committee Reports
Standing Committees are established by both the Book of Order (Constitution) and the Standing Rules (By-laws, see 4.00) of the Presbytery of Missouri Union of the Presbyterian Church (USA). Missouri Union Presbytery elects 7 standing committees and 1 commission (Permanent Judicial Commission). Standing Committees are: Presbytery Council, Committee on Ministry, Committee on Representation, Nominating Committee, Committee on Preparation for Ministry, Camp & Outdoor Ministries Committee and Commissioned Lay Pastors Committee. The first 5 of these are required by the Book of Order (G-9.0902a). The Camp & Outdoor Ministries Committee and CLP Committee are required by MUP Standing Rules (4.00b)
