Rev. Francis M. Derick, retired pastor of Antioch, Concord and Providence Churches, who now lives in Aurora, CO with his daughter Darlene Ward, turned 98 years young in Sept 2008.

Please pray for Laura Turpin, who fell while getting into a car on Thursday, June 4. She was airlifted to St. Luke’s Hospital in St. Louis, but doctors are uncertain what actually caused her fall. Hungarian Mission Update
MUP Hungarian Church Mission Team met Sat, May 2, 2009 and approved an additional $7,190 toward a matching grant for mission schools of Hungarian Churches in Ukraine. FPC Columbia Expands
New opportunities for ministry made possible by the renovation at First Presbyterian – Columbia were celebrated the weekend of May 29-31, 2009. During worship on Sunday, May 31, confirmands were received into membership and ALL present participated in dedicating the new Welcome Center at First Presbyterian to the glory and service of God.
