Purpose of the Pulpit Supply List
This list of ministers and lay elders includes those who have consented to be contacted by a Session to fill the pulpit, when a regular, interim, temporary or stated supply pastor is away or unable to preach. Each of these individuals has been approved by the Committee on Ministry of Missouri Union Presbytery. This list can also be used by a Session to secure a Moderator for a Session or congregational meeting, if its moderator is unavailable.
A Session seeking to supply the pulpit should make contact by phone well in advance of the date when needed. It is the Session's responsibility to make all arrangements for the time, order of worship and needed materials for each service.
