Green Ridge Presbyterian Church Celebrated 75 years of Service
Green Ridge Presbyterian Church observed the 75th anniversary of serving Christ in their community and the world on September 22 and 23, 2007. Contemporary evening worship at 7:00 pm on Saturday and traditional worship on Sunday at 10:00 were at the center of their celebration of God's grace and faithfulness. A carry-in dinner followed the Sunday morning service and former pastors participated in marking the occasion.
The contemporary worship at 7:00 p.m Saturday began during 2007 and has exceeded expectations in reaching others in the community. Much in the world has changed since September 1932 when the church was organized, but God's provision, and the blessing and encouragement of Christian fellowship, endure in the lives of believers.
